Our Mission is to encourage and educate students and the general public that in 1914,
the Benoist with pilot Tony Jannus at the controls, had its inaugural flight from
St. Petersburg to Tampa, Florida and thus created a legacy in aviation history as the
world's first scheduled passenger airline.
